Situation
Welcome Break approached us, wanting to reward their top staff and a gruelling peak season with an incentive trip to Europe.
Challenge
The Objective: After a gruelling peak season with demanding targets, Welcome Break wanted to reward and recognise the achievements of their top performing Site Managers.
The Brief: A three-day incentive travel experience for 25 senior leaders and winning site managers. The trip should be to an aspirational and sunny destination in Europe in October.
The Solution: Understanding a core value for Welcome Break was to create exceptional experiences for their customers and employees, we wanted to ensure this was emulated throughout our solution.
The Outcome
The chosen three-day incentive event took the deserving winners to Gibraltar, Spain and Morocco. The programme was action-packed but allowed enough time for the winners to enjoy each destination together at leisure ensuring they left feeling connected, relaxed, refreshed, and rewarded for their hard work!
Programme highlights included:
- Champagne boarding to the Sunborn 5* floating Yacht Hotel in Gibraltar

- Behind the scenes visit to St Michael’s Cave in Gibraltar with an exclusive guided tour through the extensive network of WW2 tunnels hidden within the Rock given by a military guide
